Crew rowing courses

Toprow Nijmegen organizes rowing courses all year round for everyone, from absolute beginners to experienced Skullers. The groups are small, so you’ll receive plenty of personal guidance. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll head out onto the river and work with your new teammates to improve your fitness, strength, and technique.

Our Courses

At Toprow Nijmegen you choose how you want to experience rowing.

Crew

Learn to row in the 4-person boat. Start in the stable boat with 1 oar per person and progress to “sculling.”

Private Lesson

Give yourself a boost with a fully tailored private lesson. A personal trainer on the water, available for 2 or 4 people.
