Outfit: what type of clothing should i wear for rowing?

The best clothing for rowing is elastic, soft, and breathable, paired with a simple pair of sports shoes. Loose pants or t-shirts can get caught in the wheels under the moving rowing seats. Loose tops can snag on the oars. Generally, it's recommended to dress as if you're going for a run; with tight-fitting pants and a shirt/jacket.

It's also a good idea to bring:
  • a water bottle
  • a hat or cap (to protect against the sun or rain)
  • sunscreen
